Plettac Contur modular scaffolding – complete bulk lot of 51,171 m²

What the lot contains

This is not a loose heap of parts but a scaffold that has been calculated to the last component. We combined 627 tonnes of used Plettac Contur from our yard with 282 tonnes of new parts, so that the lot can be erected as a complete working scaffold covering 51,171 m².

The design follows the standard configuration of the German general building approval Z-8.22-843: width class W06 (0.75 m), load class 3, two B32 steel decks per bay and lift, resting on L 75 transoms.

Geometry

Total scaffold length 5,117 m in 2,228 bays. Most bays are 3.00 m and 2.50 m; 2.00 m, 1.50 m and 1.09 m bays serve as make-up and corner bays. With a lift height of 2 m there are five deck levels per 10 m of scaffold height.

Every lift has a guard rail, an intermediate rail and a toe board; the ends are protected, every fifth bay carries vertical diagonals, access is by aluminium ladder decks, and every standard stands on a base jack with base collar. The number of ties in the parts list is indicative and has to be fixed for each project.

How the price is made up

Used material: 627,418 kg at €2.00 per kg = €1,254,837.00. New material: 281,761 kg at €2.50 per kg = €704,401.50. Together €1,959,238.50 net.

The weights are calculated from the parts list; we invoice the quantity actually delivered. The used material is sold as seen – you are welcome to inspect it in our yard by appointment. Delivery dates by agreement, payment in advance.
