Delivery worldwide and payment

Scaffolding, components and formwork leave Leipzig by truck or container, loaded and secured by our own team. This is how an order works, from quotation to unloading.

By truck across Europe

Semi-trailer or rigid truck depending on volume and site access. The freight price depends on weight and destination and is shown separately in the quotation.

By container overseas

20- or 40-foot containers loaded in Leipzig and shipped via a European seaport. We quote to the port of departure or, through our partners, to your destination port.

Coming with your own truck? Book a slot: we load by forklift at our yard, Bösdorfer Ring 3–5, 04249 Leipzig, Monday to Friday.

How an order works

  1. Enquiry: via the form, by phone or from an offer (article number).
  2. Quotation: composition, net price of the material, freight to your address or port.
  3. Confirmation and payment: you receive the order confirmation with our bank details.
  4. Preparation and loading: the material is prepared, packed on pallets or in stillages and loaded.
  5. Delivery: the haulier announces the arrival; please arrange unloading equipment (forklift, crane).

Payment before loading

Payment is made by bank transfer after the order confirmation; loading starts as soon as the money is in our account. Deliveries on credit terms are not possible, including to companies. Card payment is possible when collecting at our yard.

VAT and invoices

All prices are net prices. For businesses in another EU member state with a valid VAT identification number, the invoice is issued without German VAT (intra-Community supply). Deliveries outside the EU are export deliveries without German VAT; import VAT and any duties are payable in the destination country. Private customers within the EU are invoiced including VAT.

On delivery
